In accordance with Article VI, Meeting of Members, of the Articles of Exchange of the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange, a regular meeting of all Member Companies of the Exchange is to be held on Friday, November 15, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ramada Conference Center, 399 Monmouth Street, Hightstown, New Jersey.
